For information security work, it is crucial to consider your organization's structure. In Cyberday, you have the flexibility to mirror this structure by creating various units or sub-accounts tailored to your needs.
Within Cyberday, you have two options for implementing your organization's structure.
One Cyberday Account with Units
- A Cyberday account and its associated units function effectively when most aspects of information security management are implemented consistently. Under this model, personnel practices, administrative security policies, the data processing environment, and the core team follow a standardized approach. However, certain aspects may vary between units. For instance, units may be structured as teams, country organizations, or divisions.
- In this model, there is a unified set of users and one reporting system, and only selected tasks can be delegated separately to the different units.
Multiple Cyberday Accounts with One Main Account
- Multiple Cyberday accounts alongside one main account work best when the data processing environments are largely separate and, operations across the different accounts remain fairly independent. In this setup, the main account can manage certain aspects.
- In this model, there is separate reporting as well as distinct sets of users.
