In the Cyberday, you can grant the support access to your account, for example, when you need concrete assistance. As the main user, you can allow the support access to your account through the settings. Access is granted for a period of seven days, but you also have the option to revoke access immediately.
Allowing support access
- Navigate to "Settings" from the Organisation dashboard
- Navigate to "Allow support access". This can be accessed by scrolling down the page
- Expand, and select "Grant support access for 7 days"
